News and Announcements

Thanksgiving Weekend (25/November/2004)

Starting Thursday 25th until Saturday 27th of November is Thanksgiving Weekend here at the university. That means go home people and have quality time with your families. Don't forget Thanksgiving dinner. There will be no class that special weekend. The labs will be closed, although if the need arises you can still ask a guard to open the labs. So have fun people and enjoy the food!

Important Date Reminders (30/November/2004)

Just a friendly reminder: check out the University Calendar to remain up-to-date on important days such as the beginning of Final Exams (December 13th), the last day for Partial Exams (December 3rd), the last day of classes (December 10th), etc. Find these and other important dates here.

Christmas Lights Display and Concert (2/December/2004)

This thursday night beginning at 7:30pm in the Las Palmeras Avenue (between the Library and the Decanato de Estudiantes) the annual celebration of the Christmas Lights Display will be held. The festivities will include decorations by each department, music, performances, food and wares kiosks, and much more. Don't miss it! Everyone is welcomed to assist and share the holiday fun!
